To make this series of sounds, i blended a bunch of samples together, some recorded on my go-to usb mic, some synthesized in ableton. I thought they fit together nicely vs being isolated pieces. This sample is part of my halloween 2021 pack. As with all my previous uploads to freesound, this sample is dedicated to the public domain. Enjoy!.

Chopped up sounds i made in ableton from a friend's drumming session.

I used ableton's:. - grain delay (spray: 80ms, frequ: 43 hz, rndpitch: 3. 19, fdb: 65, wet: 70%)- compressor with very slow release as kind of an amp-follower- carefully adjusted gate with 111ms release- very short simpledelay- overdrive- short reverb. Formatted for use in the make noise morphagene. This is another reel made in the modular using the new intellijel plonk, which is amazing for microsound but also really jagged edges. My interest in this module was as far from anyone else's haha. This is one of the most fun to play with, especially when sending modulation into every input!.

I recorded a "p"pitched it up an octave or two and added a delay and some reverb. . .

A drum beat i made in ableton which i personally thought sounded really bad so i never ended up using it. Hopefully someone else will be able to make use of it though!.
